qr_1 uses a mathematical algorithm to emulate the dots of the original piece. It also enables the user to rearrange the boxes on the page.

qr_2 has a Twitter hashtag associated with each character. When a character is clicked, the most recent tweets for that hashtag are displayed, and a user can swipe through them and contribute their own. This brings a life to the characters from the context of a type of oral narrative. Their identies evolve by accretion. The twitter posts passing by, briefly present & then gone, contributing to the growth of the piece through memory & association. These sorts of user input continually reshape the piece. They help it live on beyond itself by making it aware of its environment, and the dynamic evolving world in which it exists.
Still in development. Details coming soon.
Our qr_ series is the first of our collaborations. Each physical piece is embedded with a QR code, which when scanned with a smart phone or a tablet, opens a url in the browser with an interactive version of the painting.
Each piece uses a different method for creating the interaction.
